We thoroughly enjoyed the trip here. Room was tidy with climate control, a dining area, and a kettle. Friendly staff and the stay was really lovely.

Great value for the price, the room was clean and cozy with its own bathroom and air conditioning. The location was convenient for Ha Long tours and there were plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Hanna and her brother, were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel in Bai Chay is ideal, with its vibrant Vietnamese eateries, seafood restaurants, and cozy waterfront bars creating a truly enjoyable atmosphere. It's like being in the heart of a culinary adventure by the sea!

Towels were provided but were more like small soft blankets.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to assist with arranging trips, buses, and providing advice on the area. The lady at the homestay was especially sweet and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage at the homestay during our trip to elsewhere, and she even helped us book a bus to our next stop. The homestay also had a communal area with a kitchenette, which was a great bonus for cooking our own meals. The location was ideal, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

There were a couple of minor downsides to our stay. The communal area with the kitchenette was not very clean, and some of the cutlery was not available or clean.

The double room at Private Room In Halong Center was a hidden gem! The balcony provided breathtaking views and a perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. The electric kettle gave us that cozy home feeling, and the dining area made family meals extra special. The private bathroom was clean and had a refreshing shower.

I personally found the shower a bit too small, but I'm sure others would still enjoy it.

I had a fantastic stay at a private room in the center of Halong. The host was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. They helped me with bus tickets, answered all of my questions promptly, and even checked in on me after I left. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of being able to rent a motorbike on-site. The location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant stay in Halong.

That the hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. Additionally, the bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

I stayed in a private room in the city center and it was perfect for my needs. The location was fantastic, close to shops, cafes, and restaurants. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. They even helped me book tours and arrange transportation. a great experience.

She helped us with scooter rental, gave us information on how to get to Cat Ba, and even let us leave our luggage while we went on a trip. The homestay is a backpacker's dream with nice public spaces and the possibility to cook your own food. The location is quiet yet close to markets and restaurants. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had air conditioning. Everything ran smoothly and it was great value for the price!
